Forsberg Consulting now offers paper mills the flexibility and affordability of online consulting services to assist with paper winding problems. This concept gives the client the opportunity to use the experience Chris Forsberg has gained over 15 years at a very affordable price. These services are offered through a secure, online chat room where any number of mill employees can chat with Chris Forsberg about the problem(s) that the mill is experiencing with their winder operations. We offer the client two options; a one-time online consulting service, or an annual online consulting service.
The one-time online consulting service consists of:
3 hours of online chat time (not to exceed 6 sessions) to assist in resolving the winding problem(s), during which time the client can email or fax any data, reports, photos, etc. to Forsberg Consulting for review.
Price: $1,000US
If the client is unable to resolve the problem online, and would like an on-site visit, the online fee of $1,000US will be deducted from the cost of the on-site visit.
The annual online consulting service consists of:
Unlimited online chat time to assist in resolving any winding problem(s) the mill may be experiencing.
Price: $3,000US
Any on-site visit to a client with an annual online contract will be credited in the amount of $1,000US per visit.
